Meridiann is a daily wellness ritual designed across three decades of clinical TCM practice. Built so the next twenty years of your wellbeing are in your hands — at a price you can sustain, in a rhythm you can keep, with a structure built by someone who actually knows what bodies do.

The intention

Meridiann was built around a question Dr Mal McKay had been asked, in different ways, for decades: what can I do at home, between sessions?

The wellness market answers that question with a thousand products that don't work. Supplements. Apps. Coaches. Most are content-led — built by people who haven't seen the cases, sold by influencers who've never built a clinical pattern in their lives.

Meridiann is the answer Mal would actually give a patient. Daily. Practitioner-designed. Patient-paced.

The team

Dr Mal McKay · Designer, clinical lead. AHPRA-registered Doctor of Acupuncture. 30+ years of TCM practice on the Tweed Coast NSW. Lectured at Endeavour College for a decade. Practises clinically at Pottsville Acupuncture.

Therasia McKay · Operations, brand ethics. Co-builder of Pottsville Acupuncture; the operational and strategic counterweight who makes sure Meridiann ships at sustainable economics for both the buyer and the brand.

The Jewell Projects team · Brand, web, content, AI orchestration. The marketing-and-systems partner that handles strategy, brand, and digital build. Long-term partner; not a vendor.

Hardware design partner · TBC publicly · the Australian engineering team that translated Mal's clinical specifications into a product object you'd actually want to live with.

Meridiann is calm, grounded, and quietly confident. We don't shout. We don't use before-and-after framing. We don't promise outcomes. We share what we are learning, in time, on the journal — and we trust you to decide whether what we've built is for you.

If we get the brand right, you'll know us by the way we talk about the body. Not as something to optimise. As something to listen to.
