Why Women's Health first

Because this is where Mal has spent the most time.

Across thirty years of clinical practice, women's health has been the area Mal has been asked for most often — and the area where the clinical-pattern work shows up most clearly. Period symptoms. Cycle irregularity. Hormonal shifts across decades. Perimenopause. Recovery after birth. Energy through it all.

Most wellness products meet women with a single intervention — a supplement, an app, a coach. Meridiann meets women with a system, designed around the rhythm the body is already moving in. The protocol adjusts week by week. The session adjusts within the cycle. The arc is twelve weeks because that's what Mal has learned in clinic gives the body enough time to show real change.

Weeks 1-4

Establish

Daily 20-minute sessions. Eight pads in their starting positions. The body learns the rhythm; the data layer in the app starts to map your patterns.

Weeks 5-8

Adjust

Sessions personalise based on what the first month surfaced. Pad placement adjusts within the cycle. Mal's clinical pattern-recognition shapes the next phase.

Weeks 9-12

Integrate

The protocol becomes maintenance shape. Most patients move from daily to a 3-4×/week rhythm. The system fades into the background of life — which is the point.
