Meridiann is a wellness product brand owned by [Meridiann Pty Ltd, ABN TBC] in Australia. The brand operates alongside Pottsville Acupuncture (a separate clinical practice) but is a separate legal entity and a separate product. Meridiann is not a medical device and not a clinical service.
This site is a pre-launch product information page. It exists to introduce Meridiann, capture waitlist interest, and document our thinking publicly via the journal. The site is not a point of sale; the product is not yet available.

If we materially change the early access pricing terms before launch, we will tell you in advance and you will have the right to withdraw without penalty.
Meridiann is intended to support daily wellbeing rituals as part of a whole-person care approach. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Treatments described on this site are intended to support the body's own capacity to heal, not to replace medical advice from your GP or specialist. Always consult your treating practitioner about any health concern.
Dr Mal McKay is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia in his clinical capacity at Pottsville Acupuncture. That registration does not extend to Meridiann as a wellness product.
The content on this site (text, brand marks, design) is the property of Meridiann or used under licence. Personal, non-commercial reading + reference is fine; reproduction, republishing, or commercial use without written permission is not.
This site links to Pottsville Acupuncture and other related sites. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites that we don't operate.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in NSW courts.
